Fayetteville Street Mall project

Locals here in town have big plans for the Fayetteville Street Mall project. For years, the Fayetteville Street Mall in downtown has been known as the place for bad things happening, courthouses, bail bondmen and shops that close at five, if they’re even open for business. The city’s $9.4 million street plan also includes a hotel, a new downtown civic center and other retail and office projects.
