Twist of Green to be Legalized in Fayetteville
September 9, 2008 · Leave a Comment
Fayetteville, a small town in Northwest Arkansas, is asking voters to decide whether to make marijuana possession a lower priority for city police.
A coalition called Sensible Fayetteville has gathered enough signatures to place the measure on the Nov. 4 ballot.
The measure is similar to one approved by Eureka Springs voters in 2006. The Fayetteville proposal would make possession of twist of green by an adult for that person’s sole use “the city of Fayetteville’s lowest law enforcement and prosecutorial priority.” Basically, it means it will be legalized.
City Police Chief Greg Tabor said marijuana possession is already a low priority among law enforcement.

Growing Twist of Green with Hydroponics
July 28, 2008 · Leave a Comment
Most “Twist of Green” growers report that hydroponics grow plants faster, given the same environmental conditions. Fast growth allows for earlier maturation and shorter total growing time per crop. Also, with soil mixtures, plant growth tends to slow when the plants become root-bound. Hydroponics provides even, rapid growth with no pauses for transplant shock and eliminates the labor/materials of repotting if rockwool is used. (Highly recommended!)
